Loving the Reiki Life
Reiki is healing energy that always goes to the highest good.
Reiki is "spiritually guided life force energy".
The word Reiki (rākē or Ray-Key) comes from the Japanese word (Rei) which means "God's
Wisdom - Higher Power - Universal Life" and (Ki) which means "Life Force
Energy". Reiki is the intelligent life force that connects us to what we need
and is not affiliated with any particular religion or religious
practice.
In a Reiki session
the practitioner does not rely on their own personal energy, rather
they are conduits for the spiritually guided life force energy. In a
Reiki session, the energy is drawn in by the recipient through the
practitioner’s hands.
Reiki helps bring about inner peace and harmony and encourages
an overall system of balance.
A Reiki session can help ease tension and stress and can help support the
body – physical, mental, and emotional. One of the greatest Reiki healing
and health benefits is stress reduction and relaxation, which triggers the
body's natural healing abilities (immune system), aids in better sleep,
and improves and maintains health.
